Course Cancelation Policy
OccuCare Systems and Solutions’ reserves the right to cancel any course which is not at least 50% full within 4 days of that course offering. If OccuCare cancels a course due to low attendance OccuCare will provide the attendee with a certificate to participate in a future training session. If that participant is unable to attend within 1 year than a full refund will be issued after one year.
Attendees may cancel any course as long as OccuCare receives course cancellation confirmation greater than 10 days prior to that course being scheduled. The attendee will receive a full refund of that course less a $100.00 processing fee.
Attendees may cancel any course 3 to 10 days prior to that course being schedule and the attendee will receive a 50% refund of that course,
Attendees canceling any course less than 3 days prior to that course being offered will be required to pay for the entire course tuition.
OccuCare Systems and Solutions is not responsible for fees incurred related to cancellation of airline or hotel reservations.
