Jim has dedicated his career to providing organizations with injury cost reduction services that positively influence their bottom line. His background in Occupational Therapy and Industrial Engineering provides a perfect fit to prevent work related injuries through onsite injury prevention, ergonomics, and Pre-Placement Post-Offer Testing. Mr. Mecham has performed hundreds of Job Analysis throughout North America and has set up/implemented hundreds of Post Offer Employment Tests within many industries. Jim is a board certified ergonomist and has been awarded this certification through the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics. Jim's extensive experience in the field of industrial ergonomics and providing international organizations with solutions to reduce their injury exposure has helped him provide medical professionals with the highest of value continuing education courses. Along with teaching Post Offer courses throughout North America he continues to put many Post Offer Employment Tests together on a monthly basis.
