Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness will be the host of OccuCare's upcoming Pre-Placement Post-Offer Training course. This popular training course teaches clinics and clinicians how to implement ADA, EEOC, and civil rights compliant Post Offer Employment Tests in house and/or as a consultant at local employers. During this course high level federal law and case law will be discussed to help attendees put together legally defensible post offer testing. An actual on-site Job Demands Analysis will be performed at a Local industrial employer and used for all attendees to create a Post Offer Employment Test. Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness uses OccuCare's Post Offer Testing software so all attendees will have access to this software during the course as well if they would like to see it's usefulness. The methodologies OccuCare teaches can be implemented into any practice with or without software.
