- Understand how to implement a full approach to industrial rehab
- Demonstrate ability to perform a full array of industrial rehab assessment techniques
- Learn to implement an industrial rehab approach starting with outpatient therapy
- Become a specialist in the treatment of the injured worker
- Consistently identify safe occasional, frequent, or continuous abilities
- Demonstrate ability to identify consistency of effort and reliability of pain ratings
- Demonstrate ability to identify the physical demand level of a client and their job
- Apply industrial rehabilitation definitions and evidence based practice philosophies
- Accurately extrapolate data to an 8 hour day
