Course Description
The Pre-Placement Post-Offer Screening training is designed for professionals who are looking to implement or expand pre-placement post-offer testing. Following the completion of this two day program you will be able to perform essential function/ essential job demands analysis and turn this information into an injury cost reduction pre-placement post-offer screen for your customers.
You will receive hands on experience throughout the course with a high level on-site job demands analysis and turn this information into a pre-placement screen. Trainees can bring in videos of jobs they are presently setting up and by the end of the course they will have their pre-placement post-offer screen completed. Attendees will also go to a local employer, analyze the physical demands, docuement the essential functions and create a pre-placement post-offer screen based on the first hand experience. OccuCare’s Online Assessment Application will be utilized during the course as a training tool.
