Work Hardening Training

The Work Hardening/Work Conditioning training program is designed for medical professionals who are looking to grow their return to work program or implement work hardening/ conditioning into their practice. Return to work programming is a great revenue stream and is a program that can be implemented in any size clinic. Following the completion of this two day program you will be able to perform Work Hardening/ Conditioning evaluations, design treatment plans, perform treatment and implement programming that will be recognized by case managers and your referral sources as the highest of return to work quality.

You will receive hands on experience performing each of the work conditioning/hardening assessments being trained and creating treatment plans from your evaluations. OccuCare’s Online Assessment Application will be utilized during the course as a training tool. This is an optional piece of software however it is a highly recommended software program that will greatly improve your productivity and efficiency in completing industrial rehabilitation assessments.

Satisfactory course completion as an assessment of learned outcomes includes:
