This industrial rehab practice will be hosting OccuCare's continuing education course that teaches clinicians how to implement Pre-Placement Post-Offer testing. OccuCare's Post Offer Employment testing course teaches clinicians how to implement ADA, EEOC, and civil rights compliant post offer testing. The most challenging aspects for medical professionals is having the confidence that the testing you implement in house or at local employers is a legally defensible test. This course will teach you how to put a legally defensible post offer employment test together. During this course attendees will go to a local company and perform a scientifically based job analysis, create the job description, outline the essential functions, and determine the physical demands which are associated with these essential functions. On day two attendees will take this actual on site job analysis and create a legally defensible Post Offer Employment Test.
The course will be held at Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness's Bensalem, PA location and is open to any professional looking to implement this excellent cash based service into their practice.
