Valparaiso, Indiana Hospital Implements OccuCare Software
OccuCare Systems and Solutions' recently completed their most popular industrial rehab continuing education course in Chicago, Illinois. Therapists from all over the Midwest came to Chicago to participate in OccuCare's Comprehensive Industrial Rehab Training course. Porter Health out of Valparaiso, Indiana sent two therapists to Chicago to participate in this course and also implemented OccuCare's comprehensive industrial rehab software system.Porter Health had an existing industrial rehab program and already performed Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening on their worker's compensation patients. Porter Health was looking to expedite their report generation/completion process and implement other services to their outpatient rehab and industrial rehab program. Following the review of many systems they chose OccuCare's comprehensive suite of web based industrial rehab tests and decided to participate in
OccuCare's Comprehensive Industrial Rehab Training program. The software OccuCare implemented into Porter Health offers six different industrial rehab testing options which produces eight different return to work reports all in one system. They also liked the fact that when completing a Functional Capacity Evaluation that their post test documentation would only take 15 minutes.
