Patient Progress Note
The Online Assessment Application is a software system clinics throughout North America use to functionally treat the worker's compensation patient. Clinicians use the Functional Progress Note TM when a patient is clinically appropriate during outpatient therapy to begin functionally based testing on the injured joint. Prior to this clinically appropriate time the clinician will use this software system to also produce a classic musculoskeletal progress note to send to the physician.
This all encompassing system turns clinics and clinicians into locations and therapists who specialize in the treatment of the injured worker. Clinics who use this software system now have the ability to send computer generated reports to their customers every time they perform a follow up assessment on their work comp patient. The Patient Progress Note aspect of the Online Assessment Application outlines the musculoskeletal improvements a patient has made during traditional outpatient therapy.
